If you are looking to make an adventure holiday part of your celebration, our gift registry is a great way for friends and family to contribute funds towards the price of your trip. BikeHike will help you plan your trip and manage the contributions at absolutely no extra charge.
Here’s how it works:
- Browse BikeHike Adventures Inc.’s trips. If you don't see what your looking for, we can customize a trip specifically for you.
- Contact BikeHike using the form below or call directly to check for trip availability and discuss trip options.
- Reserve a trip using the forms below. Note: a $400 deposit is required per person.
- Invite family and friends to contribute towards your holiday. Use the gift registry invitation cards provided as a PDF below, or give us your email list and we will send out a professional gift registry invitation, including contribution instructions, by email on your behalf. Of course we will tightly guard your family and friend’s contact information according to our Privacy Policy.
- Your friends and family can contribute to the gift registry right up to the day you leave for your holiday or up to the value of your trip plus your deposit amount.
- We will tally all contributions on the trip’s final payment date (60 days prior to the trip departure, or as defined by the payment terms for customized trips). You will need to pay the remaining balance at this time.
If you find you are unable to take your trip prior to the final payment date, you will be refunded all gift registry contributions, minus the non-refundable trip deposit and 5% of the total trip cost, by cheque.
- If you find you are unable to take your trip after the final payment date, the regular cancellation policies apply.
- We will send you a refund for any contributions made after the trip's final payment date by cheque, and a complete account of each contributor and the amount of their gifts, a week prior to your trip’s departure.
