Meghan Burton
Operations Director
Meghan Burton has been working at BikeHike Adventures as the Director of Operations for the past 3 and a half years. Her passion for travel was passed on to her by her parents, who always took her to exotic destinations as a child such as Hungary, Croatia and Newfoundland. When she graduated from high school, her parents encouraged her to travel around Europe for 4 months where she gained a better appreciation for world history, art, red wine and cheese. After completing a University degree in Outdoor Recreation, Parks and Tourism, she decided to delay working in the "real world" and backpacked for 2 years around Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and Eastern Europe. Upon returning to Toronto, she then went back to school for Adventure Travel Management where one of the requirements was to complete a school placement. During this placement, she worked with us here at BikeHike Adventures and has been here ever since. Some of her favourite countries include Viet Nam, Costa Rica, Turkey and Slovenia.
Stephen Church

Stephen has over 10 year of marketing and technology experience working with brands such as the Guinness, Smirnoff, Captain Morgan, Johnnie Walker, GM, Ford and Xerox. Stephen has many proud professional achievements. Within 2 years, he built an entire interactive marketing department from the ground up, which was approved as a marketing technology provider to Ford and Xerox. However, despite his successes, his work wasn’t close enough to his true passions: running, rock climbing, multi-sport racing and travel. Earlier this year, he joined the BikeHike Adventures team with a mission to produce the richest experiences for imagining and planning epic adventure travel. He says he couldn’t be happier and jumps out of bed to get to work every morning. Although, you can bet that if he’s not in the office, you’ll find him out in the alpine or training for the next local race.
